Animation
We were approached by The Down Low Concept to create the look and feel, as well as the show’s motion package for an upcoming kid’s show, highlighting some of New Zealand’s historical figures. Starring comic legend Josh Thomson, the show is packed with fun and quirky skits.
We created animated assets, the opening title, as well as title cards to introduce each episode’s historical figure. Using a mix of green screen footage, animated photos, and vector graphics, we created a distinct visual identity that complement the show’s shot content as well as adding in humour.
In this project, I was in charge of design and animation.
